Terms of Use

1. Who we are

TuckVault is provided by Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, India ("we", "us"). Contact: info@blueberrywebs.com.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store or Google Play terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or use it to break any law or anyone's rights.

3. The vault — your responsibility for your data

• Files you place in the vault are encrypted and stored only on your device. We cannot access, recover or reset them. If you forget your PIN or pattern, lose or reset your device, or uninstall the app, the vault contents are permanently lost.
• You are responsible for keeping copies of anything irreplaceable outside the app, and for keeping your PIN or pattern private.
• The vault protects files from people who do not have your PIN or pattern. It cannot protect a device that is unlocked with the vault open, and it is not a substitute for your device's own security.

4. The cleaner — deletions are yours

The cleanup features show suggestions (duplicate and similar photos, large files, duplicate contacts). Nothing is deleted, merged or compressed unless you confirm it. Review suggestions carefully; we are not responsible for files or contacts you choose to remove. Deleted items usually remain in your device's Recently Deleted or Trash for a period set by your operating system.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

• TuckVault is free to download. Some features require a subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, priced as shown in the store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account on confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any free-trial period not used is forfeited when you purchase.
• Manage or cancel in your device settings: iOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases.

6. Advertising

The free version may show third-party advertising. Ads are served by advertising networks under their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control their content. Purchasing a premium plan removes ads.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the app or website to store or share material that is illegal in your jurisdiction, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend access for violations.

8. The website and free tools

The browser tools on tuckvault.com are provided free and process files in your browser; we never receive them and cannot recover them. Guides are general information about phone privacy and storage, not professional, legal or security advice; follow your device's own instructions for anything that deletes data.

9. Intellectual property

The app, the website, the TuckVault and CleanUp Buddy names, logos and content are ours or our licensors'. Your files remain yours; we claim no rights over anything you store in the vault.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any vault or cleanup feature will meet your needs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of data, files, contacts, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and are not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with respect to the iOS app and may enforce them against you.

13. Changes and termination

We may update the app, these terms or our pricing. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the service or terminate access for breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
